“Who We Are” is not the same as “What We Do”, or “What is Our Function or Job”.  “Who we are”, describes the essence of our collective set of values and beliefs that drive and characterizes our collective behavior as a team; simply our organizational culture.

You may call it our “emotional oxygen”.  It is the glue that holds us together as we are facing emerging challenges.  It surrounds us every moment and it is present in every corner of our entrepreneurial life.  Like oxygen, it is transparent and we can’t live without it.  It can be measured and has unique characteristics.  With the right combination of combustible ideas a competitive heat, it flares our imagination.  A flare that burns through the toughest challenges we may face.  It is simply our culture. The Wellennials emphasis is on innovation, creativity, and commitment to assist our stakeholders to live a better life.  This means that each of our team members is a hands-on contributor.  There’s little in the way of corporate hierarchy and everyone wears several hats.  Each member of our team can easily reach across geographical boundaries and bring on-board the appropriate “guru” to share their challenges.  Because everyone realizes they are an equally important part of Wellennium’s success, no one hesitates to take the lead.  We took out words such as “blame”, “arrogance” and other “energy sucking” terms from our dictionary to make way for enjoyable and rewarding tone of communication.

When not at work, Wellennials pursue interests from cooking to sailing, from mountain bike cycling to wine tasting, from teaching young children to rescuing abandon animals. We understand the power of a community. We therefore always engage in activities that take our values beyond the board room and corporate world. We foster relationships based on the “giving” rather than “receiving”. We donate a percentage of our  revenues to charities; the organizations we support span across geographical boundaries, size and purpose of the organization, gender, religion and age. Each year our Board of Directors will select the charities we wish to support. In this way we ensure that we are expanding our foot print of support to the needed organizations.
